R is the redial button on a tone phone or the number 1 on a pulse phone.
22X is a 3 digit extension number (220-227).
Other numbers in bold should be dialled as is.
If the system asks for the time dial 73 + time in 24 hour format eg. 73 1725 for 17:25.
- For an outside line
- 9 followed by the number.
- To put a call on hold
- Press R (to recover the call press R again).
- To transfer a call
- Press R then 22X. (You can hang up before the extension answers.)
- Global hold
- Press R then put the phone down.
- Pick up a globally held call
- Dial 66 then 22X of the extension which put call on hold.
- Redial last number
- Dial 78
- Divert on
- Dial 76 then 22X for the destination.
- Divert off
- Dial 76 then hang up.
- Pick up another ringing extension
- Dial 8 from any extension.
- Camp on an extension or an outside line
- Dial 22X or 9, at the engaged tone dial R 70
- Speaking clock
- Dial 73
- Set an alarm
- Dial 74 + time in 24 hour format eg. 74 0815 for 8:15 (until cancelled)
- Cancel alarm
- Dial 74 then hang up.
- Toggle "do not disturb"
- Dial 72
- Handset test
- Dial 60
- Start intercom
- Dial 77 (hang up extension to cancel)
